Working with us

Supporting the leaders of major groups on high-stakes human transformations

Joining our group means supporting the leaders of major French and international organisations, in France and abroad, on their highest-stakes transformation projects with a human focus. Our teams work day to day as true trusted partners to our clients, combining strategic consulting with operational delivery across HR, social, managerial and organisational processes. With more than 1,100 employees across 5 countries and a network reaching over 100 countries through our international ecosystem, our people move between complementary entities that each bring a distinct area of HR expertise to the group.

Why joining us

Values shared and embodied by everyone

We adhere to values shared and embodied by all: solidarity, boldness and high standards. Solidarity means thinking and acting collectively rather than individualistically. Boldness means daring to take risks, thinking outside the box, and tolerating the mistakes that come with it. High standards mean aiming for efficiency and following through on commitments. Together, these values shape how we provide exemplary and innovative support to our clients, making the human and social dimension of business a sustainable source of value creation rather than an afterthought.

Career path

A wide range of professions and internal mobility across our ecosystem

Thanks to the complementary expertise of our various entities, employees have access to a wide range of professions and frequent opportunities for internal mobility. Career paths can lead through roles as HR consultants, professional mobility consultants, employment consultants, psychologists, training managers, retirement experts, business creation experts, HR managers, QWL project managers, payroll project managers, motion designers or digital learning project managers, among others. For those looking to move into an advisory or coaching profession without yet having the required skills, the Alixio Academy offers a path in: candidates bring their natural abilities, personality and interpersonal skills, and we provide the training needed to become an HR consultant within one of the group's entities.

Training

The Alixio Academy combines theory and practice

The Alixio Academy offers a thorough training programme that combines theory and practice to prepare candidates to join one of the group's entities as an HR consultant. Trainees work on high-stakes transformation projects with a human dimension from early on, which exposes them to the rich variety of professions within the organisation. The programme is designed for people who may not yet hold formal consulting credentials but bring strong natural abilities, personality and interpersonal skills, which the Academy then builds on.

What we are looking for

Natural ability and interpersonal skills over a fixed profile

For our advisory and coaching roles, we don't require candidates to already hold the technical skill set of a consultant. What matters most is natural ability, personality and interpersonal skills — the rest is built through the Alixio Academy's training programme. Across the group more broadly, our talents work on strategic and operational missions with a wide variety of clients across many business sectors, so we value people who are comfortable navigating that diversity and contributing across complementary entities within our ecosystem.

Recruitment Process

A comprehensive and flexible process across our HR ecosystem

Our recruitment process is both comprehensive and flexible, designed to let each candidate and hiring manager properly assess the fit between the candidate's references, skills, expectations and aspirations and the needs of the role. Our recruitment teams look for future talent across all entities in our HR ecosystem, which means a single application can open the door to a wide range of opportunities. Candidates can also submit an unsolicited application directly through our careers portal.

Good to know

A group of complementary entities across Europe

We're headquartered in Paris, with our Italian entity based in Milan, and a presence across 5 countries in Europe including Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK, plus a footprint reaching Dubai and Singapore through our international ecosystem. Our richness comes from the combination of talents across the group: experienced and expert consultants, lawyers, certified coaches, psychologists and labour relations specialists all work side by side, and the diversity of entities means the specific job profiles and day-to-day environment can vary meaningfully depending on which part of the ecosystem you join.

Diversity and Inclusion

An active commitment to equal opportunity

We are actively committed to gender parity on a daily basis: our gender equality index ranges from 85 to 96 depending on the entity, reflecting our approach to fairness in pay, raises and promotions. Since 2022, we've been an active member of the À Compétence Égale association, working alongside like-minded organisations to promote equality and diversity in access to employment and career paths. We also run initiatives to promote employment for people who face barriers entering the job market, including long-term jobseekers, beneficiaries of the Disabled Employment Obligation, people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods, and people receiving minimum social benefits.
