Working with us

Life Inside a 420,000-Person Global Network

At Capgemini, day-to-day life is shaped by seven shared values, honesty, boldness, team spirit, modesty, trust, freedom, and fun, that form the core of the culture and guide how people work together. What began as a company of seven people in 1967 has grown into a global network of more than 420,000 employees across over 50 countries, giving everyone the chance to learn from colleagues worldwide, build cross-border relationships, and contribute to genuinely global client work. Hybrid working is the everyday reality here, supported by connected digital tools and flexible office spaces designed to help people do their best work wherever they happen to be.

Why joining us

The Freedom to Build Your Own Path

Choosing Capgemini means having real input into how your career unfolds, with the flexibility to work in the way that suits you and the freedom to explore new ideas alongside a genuinely entrepreneurial ecosystem of strategic partnerships and startup alliances. Every day brings opportunities to take ownership of projects, make decisions, and shape both the business and one's own growth. That sense of purpose is backed by recognition from the outside world too: Capgemini has been named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute for 13 consecutive years, reflecting a culture that takes its ethical commitments seriously.

Career path

A Career Shaped Around Where You Are

Career paths at Capgemini are built around each person's stage and ambitions, whether that's a student or graduate taking their first steps, an experienced professional bringing established expertise to global projects, or an executive stepping into enhanced leadership development. Across the organization there are 24 distinct professions to grow into, each connected to peer communities that support skill-building and career direction. For those drawn to a more specialized path, dedicated career opportunities also exist within Capgemini Invent, Capgemini Engineering, and Sogeti.

Training

Learning Built Around Where Technology Is Headed

Learning at Capgemini is treated as essential, not optional, with world-class programs in AI, technology, innovation, leadership, and industry expertise available from day one. Employees can test ideas and build new skills hands-on through dedicated sandboxes, labs, and hackathons that tackle real client challenges, then deepen that expertise through certifications built with partners like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, SAP, Databricks, and NVIDIA. Learning also extends into deep industry knowledge across the 15 sectors Capgemini serves, and into leadership development available at every level, all supported by academic partnerships with Harvard, MIT, INSEAD, and Udemy, and reinforced by 165 Brandon Hall Awards recognizing the strength of these programs.

What we are looking for

Talent for Every Stage of the Journey

Capgemini looks for people at every career stage, from students and graduates ready to explore a new direction, to experienced professionals bringing proven mastery to global client work, to future executives capable of leading with both business and people skills. Across its 24 professions, the organization values curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in using technology to solve real business and societal challenges, alongside the collaborative mindset needed to work within diverse, cross-border teams.

Recruitment Process

From Application to Your First Day

Applying starts with a short online application, typically taking just three to five minutes, where candidates share their CV and, optionally, a cover letter for a role found through the company's job search. Once submitted, recruitment teams follow up to move candidates through a mix of behavioral, technical, and cultural fit interviews, conducted by phone, video, or in person depending on the role. After an offer is accepted, new hires are supported through GetONBOARD, the company's structured onboarding program, which includes a pre-boarding plan and an invitation to RISE, a monthly virtual welcome event featuring leaders from across the organization.

Good to know

Practical Answers Before You Apply

Candidates only need to submit one CV to apply to multiple roles, and a cover letter is always optional rather than required. Hybrid working is standard across the organization, with specific arrangements worked out between employees and their managers based on role and personal circumstances. Capgemini does not discriminate on the basis of disability or long-term health conditions and doesn't require candidates to disclose them, though sharing relevant information is welcomed if it would help during the review process. Applicants are also reminded to stay alert to recruitment scams: legitimate communication from Capgemini only comes from @capgemini.com, @sogeti.com, or @frog.co addresses, and the company never asks candidates for money at any stage of hiring.

Diversity and Inclusion

Belonging Across 160 Nationalities

Capgemini brings together people from 160 nationalities and works to create a culture where everyone, regardless of origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, or religion, has the opportunity to thrive, guided by the company's formal Inclusion Policy. That commitment includes inclusive leadership training for managers to help them recognize and address bias, along with hybrid and flexible work options designed to support different needs. Employees can also get involved through global employee networks such as OUTfront, Women@Capgemini, CapAbility, and CulturALL, alongside a dedicated program focused on building long-term career paths for women in technology roles.
