Working with us

230 consultants across six French offices

We're a collective of 230 people spread across six offices in France — Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille and Nantes — built on the conviction that a different approach to consulting is possible: one based on transparency, objectivity and genuine partnership with clients rather than one-size-fits-all methodologies. Since joining Mercer, a Marsh company, in 2025, we've kept that founding DNA while gaining access to a broader international services platform.

Why joining us

A collective built on proximity and shared success

We believe it's the strength of the collective that lets each person find their place and grow. Consultants work closely with a referent who advises on their career, and with project leads who drive their day-to-day skill-building — both are close, accessible relays for development rather than distant hierarchy. Our motto sums up the tone: "work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously." Feedback from our 2022–2023 Great Place To Work survey consistently highlighted this sense of conviviality and shared enjoyment as central to the culture.

Career path

Five grades, from Consultant to Senior Manager

Career progression runs from Consultant, who learns the fundamentals of consulting under a project lead's supervision, through Consultant Confirmé, who takes ownership of full project phases and starts building client relationships independently. From there, Consultant Senior consultants run their own missions and mentor junior colleagues, Managers become recognised experts who lead multiple parallel projects and contribute to business development, and Senior Managers take on a strategic role, generating new business opportunities while steering the firm's overall growth and client relationships.

Training

Tailored skill-building paired with mentorship

We put in place several mechanisms to help each consultant grow: tailor-made training paths, hands-on practice through real missions such as leading workshops or identifying new business opportunities, and mentorship schemes. Together with each consultant, we define clear development priorities and an action plan, and we hold regular check-ins with a dedicated referent alongside formal career committees throughout the year to track progress against those objectives.

What we are looking for

Rigour, curiosity and a genuine appetite to learn

We look for people who are rigorous, curious and eager to learn — qualities that let a new consultant absorb the fundamentals of the profession while contributing meaningfully to client projects from day one. As people progress, we also look for a growing capacity to manage client relationships, take initiative, and eventually contribute to the firm's own commercial development, since consultants at every level beyond the most junior grade are expected to help grow the business, not just deliver on it.

Recruitment Process

Onboarding starts before day one

Your integration begins as soon as your employment offer is signed: a member of the HR team reaches out to walk you through what comes next. New hires join the firm in cohorts alongside other new colleagues to build a shared sense of "promotion," and are quickly connected with their referent and project lead to start finding their footing. From there, the firm's regular check-in rhythm and career committees take over to support ongoing development.

Good to know

Flex-office, hybrid work and industry recognition

All of our offices operate as modern flex-office spaces designed for a fully hybrid working model, and we hold the Premium WIWO label for remote work. Our quality and workplace commitments are further recognised through ISO9001, ISO27001, Qualiopi (training quality) and Ecovadis (CSR) certifications, and the firm was recognised across 10 categories by Décideurs Magazine in 2023.

Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity woven into a broader CSR strategy

Equality, diversity and inclusion form one of the three pillars of our CSR strategy, alongside employee wellbeing and sustainable growth. Throughout the year, consultants organise and take part in initiatives such as a dedicated diversity week, solidarity days, and charity races — concrete, recurring touchpoints rather than one-off gestures, and ones the firm actively measures progress against each year.
