APPLICATION PROCESS
You graduated from a leading business (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP Europe, Sciences Po, EMLYON…), engineering school (Centrale, Supélec, Agro, Mines, Arts et Métiers…) or university (Dauphine…). You are passionate about solving problems and you want to build a career in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Our recruitment process depends on your role. During these interviews, you will have the chance to talk about your education and experience, and to express your personality. You will be assessed following a number of criteria: your personality, motivation, education and career, and your ability to adapt to the profession and firm.
You have three situational interviews. Junior consultants also take an English test.
Your recruitment process consists of four interviews, including a simulation. In addition, there is an English test. Senior supervisors can also take a SOSIE personality test.
