It includes an extensive range of learning programs, spanning across College Hires, Upskilling, Emerging Technologies to Managerial Development and Soft Skill Development, delivered through both virtual and instructor led platforms.

Our employee well-being program offers readily available access to confidential counseling sessions, physical fitness program as well as women wellness sessions and child care initiatives to name a few. We believe in investing in the holistic well-being of our people and one of our flagship programs, the Heartfulness Meditation program is personally conducted by several of our leaders who are certified practitioners.
