Our purpose of building a positive human future extends into the communities where we live and work.

We give our time and expertise to develop and inspire people, particularly those facing disadvantage, to be the innovators and leaders of tomorrow, applying their ingenuity to solve the world's biggest challenges.

We do this through our PA in the Community programme which delivers a range of skills-based, pro-bono, and hands-on support to non-profits working with those facing disadvantage across our communities.

All PA people have three days each year to volunteer and, in 2023, gave over 21,000 hours of their time to support our programmes and the causes they care about across the UK, US, and Europe. Collectively, we supported over 3,700 people through various initiatives to improving educational, skills, and employment outcomes for participants.
