Interview process:
HR Interview: given by a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this interview is to get to know you, find out about your professional experience and learn more about your interest in consulting and Sia Partners.
Duration of the interview: 1 hour
Business Case interview: given by a consultant, the goal of this interview is to test your methods and deductive skills, your ability to resolve a problem and to confirm your interest in our company. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about the company and how we work.

Management interview: in this interview, we will confirm your knowledge in the industry or services of the Business Unit you’re applying to join (energy, bank, marketing and customer experience etc).
Duration of the interview: 1 hour
Director’s interview: the final interview will be with a Director in the Practice you’re applying to. The objective is to confirm your ability to join the Practice, as well as your ambitions.
