Many of our interviews follow a behavioral style, with questions designed to give us insight into how you've performed and behaved in past, real situations. We encourage candidates to prepare using the STAR method: describing the Situation, the Task required, the Action taken, and the Result achieved. Coming with specific examples from your own work or school history, and being ready to explain why you're interested in the role, goes a long way.
